{Menagerie} re-imagines several of Maymont’s flora and fauna in colorful, flowing
manifestations housed within the Carriage House Water Tower. Vivid interpretations of
resident textures, patterns, and sense-of-scale are used to transform our typical denizens into unique characterizations of themselves, alive with new energy.

Maymont Glow is the 5th annual lighted nature walk at Maymont, a 100-acre American estate, an extraordinary gift given by James and Sallie Dooley who lived here from 1893 to 1925. Whether strolling in the gardens, touring the mansion or watching river otters play, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Attractions include the 33-room Maymont Mansion, Italian and Japanese gardens, The Robins Nature Center, Maymont Farm, wildlife exhibits, carriage collection and arboretum.

2022’s Maymont Glow reached over 48,000 patrons.
