Lights, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Monticello’s October Arts Excursion features four weekends of Projection Art. The event was held in tandem with a citywide arts initiative and drew over 1300 visitors during its duration. Live music, games, and diverse food offerings lead up to nightfall and an hour of Projection Art.
A 5+ minute projection-mapped piece was created exploring Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness through a Winter of Structure, a Spring of Change, and a Summer of Exploration. An abstract, metaphorical perspective of a uniquely personal concept.
‘Neon Jungle’, by the amazing Electronic Music Composer Clozee, fuels the piece musically. Her work is inspirational. With every mapping I do born to an electronic composition, working with this track was a true honor.
